Dude I know exactly what you mean I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years on packs that didn’t promise anything in return. Then resulted into buying coins a bit still caught myself buying packs in hopes of getting a high value card. It’s totally 100% an addiction. But once I finally got married snd had kids I had to make myself break the chain and stop blowing money on madden. And trust me it took everything I had. My wife gave me a choice it was either the family or madden. And in my late 29’s at the time I felt so ashamed and embarrassed that a game had such a hold on me. When it gave me nothing in return but a feeling of shame and embarrassment.
