No, there was a 150 point pack that likely came out when the promo started that gave a 81-93 elite.

I pulled 93 Payne from the 150 point pack, QS'ed him and want to try some rolls for 95 Julio since he's all I want in this promo. Just not sure which cards I should be looking for to get best value for snow.

Yeah all you had to do was stay up till midnight to do all 3 solos every night, then get them done again at 8 am, then be logged in to get the 8 hour gift and buy the 500 coun token, then do the solos and then get Ultimate every day. Not everyone can no life this shit like OP obviously can.
