thats not how it works Run Block Power is how well the o lineman will block on power run plays like trap for instance and Rub Block Finesse is how well they will block on zone plays like inside zone of course Finesse and Power are for Pass Rush and Blockshed is for Stuffing the Run with weight and strength adding into the equation.
