I really don't think ANYONE is buying this. Do they just happen to put him in now nothing to do with all the negative press the game is getting? Didn't even put him in MUT, regardless of what you think about Kaepernick, no one thinks he's 81 OVR. Pure pandering and a weak attempt to dilute criticism of a garbage game.
