I have to grind for every training point that I receive.  When I asked for the EA representatives immediate supervisor they abruptly ended the conversation.  I was just hoping to speak to someone else that might be more familiar with the promo.  Instead, they just linked the Twitter post announcing the promo.  It was a total waste of 15 minutes of my time.  Of course, it wasn't worse than the 100+ games that I played to complete the objective only to not receive any Training Points.
