Thanks all for your advice. Tried all of the things suggested and player appeared on my bench a few minutes ago! Don’t know what solution worked (EA help ticket, reinstalling, PM) but something did - just made for a stressful 6 hrs!!!! Strange part is that there is still no shout out on league communication that I ‘pulled’ this player - all very strange but glad that its fixed for me..
