Its not really a meta playbook but the Chicago bears in my favorite. There is some overalap with Ravens so you'll have some plays you can run right into but its an amazing west coast book. The run plays kind of suck compared to Raiders (at least in CHI you dont get a stetch) but its really great for the short passing game and Walter Payton is the RB i recomend for it. Core of my offense is Larry Fitz( want a guy with super high CIT and preferably SRR/MRR and Fitz is the best in the game at it, Walter Payton, (want a jack of all trades RB that can get matchup nightmare), Julio (holt can work here, want someone tall with high SRR, MRR to threaten fast corner routes for overloaded blitzes), Gronk (though another TE is fine, whoever it is needs to have decent PBK), Mahomes (Lamar adds another dimension with his legs but I do think for this scheme Gunslinger is more valuable that escape artist though I've run it with both). Matchup Nightmare on Payton really helps in this scheme. Note that Lamar Actually plays really well in this playbook since it makes coverage a real Pain if they have to account for his legs. Also note you should be using extra blockers( i hold Payton or Gronk back most of the time)
Suggested plays
Gun Flex Y Off Wk - Smash - great play. if you have a WR with high CIT the right receiver is a a high percentage throw ( just cover up as they'll try to hit stick you). Plus it has 2 corner routes that are great for various situations. RB route can work well if not user defended Use TE as an extra blocker prety often, sometimes RB
Gun Flex Y Off Wk - Flanker Spot - I usually max protect, audible far left WR to a drag route. This gives you the corner route for man, the drag is usually open for 5ish yards and if they pull toward him with an MLB then the middle post (possession catch) is usally good for 20ish down the middle
Gun Doubles Offset Wk -Redzone HB Corner . The inside post is nasty if not user covered. Usally audible the far right WR to a drag route and block the TE (this replaces the TE in route). If you have Matchup Nightmare on Walter the HB route is dirty. He's running a corner on a MLB a lot of times and its unfair. This play works really well because the user has to unrelated routes that he needs to cover.
Gun Empty Base Flex -MIDDLE HI LO - I love the post route from the slot here. Granted I use Larry Fitz with 98 CIT and matchup nightmare but if you have a WR like that its a great 25 yd pass to make. I usually turn the TE into a slant route in case they blitz with 6+ and put one of the outside guys on a drag in case that route is usered(usually is).
Anyhow good luck!
I use pass balanced (spread in practice) it’s all shotgun, some great RPOs, run plays, motions
Give New Orleans offense a try. Many formations with both run and pass. I would recommend the following formations: Single back Ace, Single back doubles, I Form close (the "stretch" everyone talks about is in there), Pistol TE, Shotgun Tight TE. Good inside and outside things in all of them, quick short passes and longer passes. I would recommend picking a couple of pass and run plays from each formation and scheme those. Best of luck.
I just can't seem to find a playbook to get my offense moving consistently. I know I can't be the only one with this problem, so if you can just drop playbooks you guys are using and what your strategies are with them below for the community. Here's my team if anyone has suggestions for it, I have tried ravens, cards, and am currently using the raiders; https://www.muthead.com/20/team-builder/a266a915-e051-4112-901e-9b9ced00a62c/
