Has anyone received an email from EA warning them about farming and transferring coins?
If so, was there a specific event that triggered it, a certain amount of coin that may have triggered it, or how do you think this works?
Thanks
I love to farm and i have 5 accounts total and have never had an issue with any of them just have to be smart is all.I'm retired so they keep me as busy as i want to stay all year long so i never run out of solos to do and the big promo's are awesome to work most of the time.I made a killing on them last year but have slacked off on them this year.My highest account is only an 84 and lowest is an 80 OVR so there getting there slowly but surely.Farm on guys and best of luck to everyone with your games and Pulls may the Madden God always be in your favor.
It’s stupid easy to transfer over coins man , I feel like ea basically taught us how to money launder lmao

You can have light farming... where you basically have 1-4 additional accounts with high gold low elite teams that you use for the daily objectives and maybe some promo solos. And you can have heavy farming where you're doing all the solos... solo battles... etc on multiple accounts. I'm a light farmer... and those accounts are also used by my kids when they want to play some football or just learn more about the game. Lately... my 7 year old daughter has fun completing the daily field goals and opening the daily objective reward.
I can even see the case for heavy farmers. Some people can't or don't want to spend real money on this game... but they do have time to invest. Maybe they have a disability? Maybe they're a caretaker for an elderly relative or a disabled family member? Maybe they're just stuck at home recovering from a major surgery?
You can be the anti-farm guy and steal peoples players on the trading block. Check for those with last logins of under 4 minutes - offer up a silver player for an elite and sometimes they accept it thinking that they did it.
Just yesterday I grabbed a core elite ryan ramczyak and marcus gilbert for a couple silver rookies

No, that's just a scapegoat. EA just wants to try and force people to spend money on the game.
Farm away. I can see both sides of it. I am too lazy for it and don't have the time but if I did, I probably would rock it.
Quote from antonchigur >> I just started up a farm account but haven't got very far. There's no risk right if I just transfer over cards for cards basically? I like the legend set piece strategy, I was probably going to do that mostly.
There is a risk. Just be smart about it. In M17, I got slapped with a 14 day ban for trading ten legend card pieces from three farm accounts to my main account in exchange silver and gold cards. Ever since then, I trade elite for elite, gold for gold etc. and haven’t had an issue since.
Quote from ncinqueg >> haven't received anything this year.
I did get an email and an AH/trade ban last year for 14 days (I think?) because I got careless. As long as you trade set pieces for high golds/low elites, you're good.
What NOT to do:
Don't sell a silver card to a farm account for 3 million coins
Don't trade a low silver for 95 Blitz Deion
etc.
OP. This all you need to know about farming.

A friend of mine....uses 2 additional accounts to put his core items in to build TD sets. There's just way too many duplicates when you buy a lot of packs and really not worth the time waiting 7 hours for a 20 max auction to sell 8 of them for 1,100 each.
Quote from rolsen3 >> I have found it easier to farm solo battles this year and not have to worry about working the AH to each his own. I only transfer cards for TP or to use for set pieces. I never trade coins over in AH to risky imo
Agreed. I hate working the AH. I worked 2 farm accounts whose sole purpose was to generate quick sells to fund silver tokens. My 2 farm squads got me more than 1/2 way through any RS players I wanted. I traded the pieces over and bought the rest of whatever I needed. Any extra coins these accounts generate return to the main account in the form of Legends pieces and cards purchased for training points.

I will never hate on anyone who spends their time and grinds.

how about you stop watching other peoples pockets.
I can't understand why anyone cares how much money, time or in which way someone else plays the game.
If you have a kid who plays you have to have a farm account otherwise you might log in and see your cards all sold or auctioned off. And are you going to spend money on a kid - no. Get them to 85 and let them play. Tweek the farm every month for some cheap upgrades. Play a set once in a while.
Quote from Steverayls >> I farm solo battles and that's it. 150k a week for 11 games. As for the OP question I've never had an issue moving cards or coins. I think the people that get the ban hammer are guys who are constantly moving stuff or buying a silver for a mill etc. I log on on Monday post a base elite for however many coins are sitting on the farm and go buy and that's it. Rinse and repeat every monday.
Yea, but the best bang for your buck is just trading set pieces over (ie. legends). That way you're not out the 10% tax on your AH transaction. Unless you're buying with the intention to just convert the card to TPs.
haven't received anything this year.
