What is with the new pause glitch?

This guy kept pausing quickly after every play for 4 in a row and now I'm just frozen in the pause menu? Any advice or just close out and restart?

Thats what I was doing, then it just froze and all I saw was the pause screen. Couldn't call TO, un pause etc. This is different/new

I just got glitched. I was winning and she quit. I got stuck at the exit screen. She can suck on it!

Someone got me with it in HR today. They kept pausing and it finally hung.

Quit or wait it out. Whenever someone pauses always hit resume immediately
