How do you spec catch?
Spec catches are for when you make a bad throw like said above. Too much of a gamble to try and incorporate spec catches into your offence. You misjudged a window? Hold spec catch and pray for a break up and not a pick. And sometimes you can even get bailed out using this method and come down with the spec catch when all you were hoping for was that the ball hits the turf

I wouldn't expect them to catch it unless your receiver has an ability that helps them catch it, even then I more use aggressive catches as defense against the defense if I realize I've thrown a bad ball

Great question. Moss comes down with everything regardless of which button you push.
Tapping triangle / Y button is the only thing that works for me this year... Timing is important but tapping helps
Please someone tell me. So tired of my guy not holding onto the ball. I have PS4. Do you have to hold triangle? Tap triangle? Press triangle? What does it take. Do ya need abilities to actually come down with a spec catch?
