Sup fam, I used to play MUT back in the Madden 12 and then Madden 16 days. Madden 20 is my first Madden since and someone told me if you trade a player or trade for a player, both players traded become NAT. I do not understand the logic there, back in Madden 12 all I did was trade for small profits here and there. Now it seems like trading it pretty obsolete since you can't even trade NAT for NAT. I am not sure if this is true, that's why I'm here haha.
Thank you
Quote from NorthernLightsBomb >> Non-auctionable, not NAT. I don't know if people saying that don't know what NAT actually means or what, but it's been the same way since MUT 18 and some folks still get it wrong.
Here's the reasoning that was given at the time: The trade block in MUT has been quite honestly abused. Over 90% of the trades are lopsided in value and are overwhelmingly used for nefarious reasons. We went as far as having discussions of removing the trade block entirely, but that’s not something we’re ready to pull the trigger on. Instead, we‘re making a change in the way trades work in Madden 18. Now, when you trade an item, that item becomes non-auctionable. However, if that item is traded back to the original owner, it is once again allowed to be auctioned.

This is the best compromise we could find when it came to reacting to the security issues the trade block is presenting, while still not punishing players who legitimately just want to let one of their friends try out a new player.
