Are we getting matched based on our team rating? If so, what's the point of improving your team, since you're always going to be matched against an equal team? Isn't team building/working to have a better team also part of the MUT experience?
- Are we getting matched based on our skill level? If so, how is skill level perceived? Based on our W/L record? I see that during WL games or House Rules, there are significant changes on opponent quality if you win or lose 4-5 in a row. How does that make sense? I'm trying to complete let's say 25 games with the best record and the more I win the more quality opponents I get. If I lose, I get worse opponents. Is this "equal opportunity" rewarding enough for better skilled players?
Is it a combination of perceived skill, team quality and W/L record?I think on different online modes, there should be different matchmaking algorithms. One mode could be more egalitarian based on team level, one could be egalitarian based on W/L (the more you win the harder it gets) but some modes should be totally random where matchmaking should be totally random.
On H2H, WL and House Rules:
