House Rules Not Working (Loading)

Mine is working sometimes, but I'm getting a bunch of disconnects and horrible lag when kicking

Anyone else having trouble loading the house rules game mode? I won my first three -- but now it won't start. No problems with H2H Seasons.
Let me know what I'm doing wrong.
