I see many of us are having the same problem. I’m creating this thread as a guide for those who are unaware of how to fix. I, myself, is one of those who needs help. I preordered the superstar edition, but was only greeted with 7 gold packs and small training.
Edit, apparently some said that ea says that this is all we should receive. If that’s true, that’s illegal on grounds of false advertisement.
