Microsoft payment failed

I have had that happen before.

Im amwys suspicious but you contacted aupport so it ahould be good to go

Mind just came through today saying it was successfully charged.

has anyone else got a email from stremail@microsoft.com saying 

Unfortunately, we aren't able to authorize the selected way to pay for your Microsoft order.

Pick another way to pay to make sure your order isn't canceled.

not sure if it’s a scams. I checked my account purchase history and it said the payment failed and then I contacted Xbox support online chats and they said the email was legit I’m just still kinda hesitant.  The link in the email also brought me to Microsoft’s website and my purchased history
