PC and Controller Mixups

If i hit a button on the controller it will usually go away... make sure your mouse is on a mousepad and isn't getting ghost input, that might throw it off.  Try a different mouse anyway.

You can use a PS4 or XBOX controller. For PS4 you need a free software called DS4 something and other but you will see the XBOX buttons rather than the PS4 ones, it's fairly intuitive tho. Also I have to pause to call a timeout that's the only one I don't understand for stock.

Yeah, I've never seen a game that is this difficult to swap between keyboard/mouse to controller before. In GTA, Watch Dogs and Mass Effect, I can easily swap to controller for driving and then back to keyboard/mouse for everything else. But with Madden if your mouse is in the wrong spot on the screen (or technically behind the active window) it can pop up inadvertently and swap you out of controller. It could be something as stupid as bumping your desk which jostled the mouse and then makes the keyboard/mouse the new controller set up.

Also OP, I did read somewhere that turning the mouse upside down might help. I read that even unplugging the mouse might not work. If you are on a laptop, not sure what your options are when using a trackpad.

You can but when you use it the mouse icon keeps popping up and then it immedately switches to "keyboard mode". Sometimes for a good amount of time it stays in controller mode but then switches back to keyboard mode.

Can't you use a controller for the PC?

Sadly I dont have a dual monitor :( wish there was a way to disable it during gameplay. Hopefully a fix for Madden 20.

I have encountered issues with the mouse. I use a dual monitor setup and move my mouse into the second monitor and keep it there and rarely get any interference from it for the duration of my game time. I really wish, however, that there was a way to disable the mouse in game without having to disable it in Windows or disconnect it from the PC.
