Contact EA Support, all you can really do. Make sure to enable 2FA if you can.
I contacted them and they claimed there is nothing they can do. Like why would I get rid of some of my best players makes no sense and i have the 2FA set up.
Then there's really nothing that can be done. Maybe it was someone who logged onto your console or something along those lines. Who would have done any of the above to your account if it wasn't you? If need be, contact them again and immediately ask it to be escalated to the Studio Team. No one on this site can help you.
I logged in the MUT I was missing many of my players. Some of which were NAT and I have no raise in my training points or coins. I also looked at my messages in the game and there were items sold that I never had and I do not have any profits from any of them. Also no one else has my account information and I did not do this.
