Companion App Working ?

Every time I load it and click ultimate team it crashes. I’m on x box one still could that be the issue?

no official statement from EA but there is an issue right now with the app that prevents it from working with old gen accounts.

can you select your xbox one gamertag? for me there are only my next gen gamertags available. series x, pc and ps 5.

No, only gave me the option for an x box series x tag. That must be it
