Bumping this due to another thread talking about INT objectives. This still works most of the time. Some QB's are better against it than others, but RG3, Moon, Vick are 3 QB's who I can get 10-15 INT's in a half.
What difficulty because it makes a big difference how smart or stupid the QB plays.
Just wanted to add this. Got my 10 INT's objective midway through 2nd quarter of my first Solo Battle using the above method.
Since interceptions are such a common objective this year, I thought I'd share how I've been getting them done really quickly.
The AI QB's don't take as many chances playing straight up, they usually either run or throw the ball away.
Punt Block Straight Rush: This won't show up on recent plays. Add it to favorites to save a lot of time between plays.
You start as the player on the far left of the line from your point of view. Click over to the guy just to the right of him. (I don't know if this actually matters but it's worked for me)
The computer will call an audible most of the time. Once they call the audible, audible to 8 up Safe Man.
Once the ball is snapped, sprint into the short middle of the field. Cover any receiver who comes near you but keep lurking in that short middle area.
That's it. The reason I move to the right one position is because that first lineman will be in man coverage against one of the receivers. The reason I move into the short middle of the field is because when I first started doing this, the QB was throwing here often, and they were either short completions or inaccurate incompletions. When I do it as described, the QB tends to throw the ball deeper, and often lobs it up as he's under pressure. IDK if it's a Madden 24 thing or a Series X/PS5 thing, but when I click on to CB's playing out of an actual defensive formation, it's nearly impossible to cut in front of the receiver to jump the route.
Most of the throws that are easily intercepted will be lobbed towards the left side of the field to the WR1. The most I've gotten doing this was 15 in about 3 quarters (met objective so stopped doing it) and 10 of those interceptions were thrown to the left side of the field. Anyway, hope this helps.
