Can someone explain what being a “Try Hard” is?

I see people constantly calling other players try hards on here but it doesn’t make sense to me. Who doesn’t try their best to win? Seriously…Are there people that get up 21-0 and say “know what, I’m not a try hard - I’m gonna quit this MF’er.” 😂
