75% of EA profits come from packs........ And this is why they only care about one game mode. I love how folks say, Just play other modes, yeah ok. EA treats all other modes like Red Haired Step Children. Greed, Greed and More greed here at play. Chasing this weeks newest SuperHero Card. I am waiting for EA to put Lana Rhodes in at TE, they do not care who they put in OOP.
Where do you get the 75% figure from? I’m looking through my notes and don’t see it anywhere 🥸
It’s technically around 72%, but if you look at page 141 of EAs proxy statement and annual report from 2022 you’ll see “live services” makes up $5 billion of their $7 billion in total net annual revenue.
That being said, that’s for all EA franchises (FIFA, Apex, etc), but I’m sure that number as a whole is pretty close to Madden.

They look to be similar to blitz and two will unlock tomorrow morning, the others are available now (All Pro Redux pack for 5850, and 3x 91+ elites for 2800). Unfortunately, all of these bundles and packs are points only 😭
