Good Morning All...hope your day is kicking off well. What are you thoughts on using CBs at either (or both) FS and SS? Following Blitz I ended up with several solid CBs and looked how I could use them (don't like the way Dime sets up so avoided it). Finally landed on using Aeneas Williams at safeties when in Big Nickel...in regular Nickel Williams is the starting FS and Deion goes back to CB. The abilities offered by these two players are good and wanted to get them on the field. I know there is a chem problem (in Deions case I have him as my CB4...and FS2...so no hit...Williams gets FS as a secondary...so no hit there as well). There is a significant drop off in ovr for both (If I recall correct...Williams drops from a blue 93 to an 86), but there does not seem to be any drop off in any of the numbers that matter. Setting it up the way I have them on the depth chart does cost me one chem spot (Deion is slotted as CB and FS2). Small sampling size, but they both are playing really good back there. Deion's speed allows him to be a great safety blanket in the back...not sure what it is with Williams, but that card is always making plays. Wanted to see what y'all thought? Thanks all and enjoy what is gonna be the best Tuesday of the week.
