I'm gonna say under. Blitz is mainly a store, money spending promo. EA stays on top of everything store related.
Blitz has caused the servers to crash every single year since I started mut in 16. At one point ea put packs in store where it was 1st come 1st served. It killed the servers.
They haven't always done that. Was it m20 when Blitz came out with an hour to buy and the store and game crashed? or was it a different year? Now it looks like they made the packs available all day to avoid crashes like that. I'm sure Blitz goes on without a glitch. LOL
