FP hasn’t worked since Day 1 for me, and there are others on here who have experienced the same. I know there was a fix for some yesterday but unfortunately it looks like those of us who have been down since day 1 are still down with no answers on how to fix the problem.
What is the best way to get through to EA? I’ve done countless back and forth emails, live chats, etc with EA support and always get the runaround. There has to be a better way to get through and get some help on this?? Is twitter the way to go??
