Error retrieving currency balances? MUT21
Same here. With multiple attempts and patience some things work for a little while before completely crashing.

It would be wild if they started sunsetting MUT from previous years and didn't tell anyone. Last service update I read from EA was Madden 17, but nothing MUT specific.
Did the reinstall work? I did the same thing but I haven’t had a chance to fire up the game.
It’s almost as if there’s a similar game to madden 21 that was released a year later. I can’t quite think of the name of it though. Lol

Same here. I’m also trying to reinstall. It’s been like this for 2 days for me.
Unable to play MUT 21 keeps giving me "Error retrieving currency balances". Tried rebooting numerous times! I just deleted game and in the process of reinstalling.....
