Running back height/weight?

weight and str dont matter nearly enough. look at every db and especially cb tackle on a hb. momentum, str and weight dont exist almost at all.

Do we know how much height and weight affects running backs this year? I remember in mut15 it was generally agreed that smaller backs were better if all other things were equal, is it like that this year? Also I've heard about "running styles", like some running backs run differently (their "stride" is different). Is this true and if so how does it affect a running back and which running backs have good running styles? Any info/help is appreciated.
