I have not been able to play TOTW & Legends challenges for 3 weeks now. All of harvest worked fine, H2h, House rules work great, auction block is fine
Each time, I get an error "Our servers can not process your request now, please try again later"
One week the first challenge worked, but the second got an error
Now I just got the same error trying to do the second "bo knows" challenge and basically missed out on 20k free coins
I have tried EA support 8 times over 2 weeks
Their suggestions have been...
That I restart your playstation (after I tell them I'm on xbox).
That they will talk to their support team.
That I check their twitter page for a solution
That I disconnect my internet
That I fix my bluray drive (im on the digital only xbox)
That I am very nice, but they have no solution
That I unplug the xbox for an hour, then retry
That I uninstall, then reinstall the game
What they wont do
-Fix the error
-Give me a make right (such as the rewards) for the challenges I have not been able to play
