Anyone Know How To
I know this is possible to do because 75% of the people I play online have a different abbreviation than the first 3 letters of their team name. It has to be easy to do, I’m surprised that no one on this site knows how to do it since it is so common in online play.
Everybody has been telling you how to do it you’ve just misunderstood all of them
Actually they have been explaining how to change my team name - I know how to do that. If I change my team name to be the abbreviation, which is what everyone is explains how to do, then that doesn’t really accomplish the goal of having them different. It’s not a big deal, I’m just interested in how to do it now since I know it can be done and is probably very easy to have these two things DIFFERENT, but I find it crazy that no one on here knows how to do it since so many people online have them different.
It’s in one of the menus in mut all the way to the right (past the auction house) and at the bottom
Changes full name, not abbreviation
The abbreviation is the first three letters of your name

-4PF
-ASS
-TGL
-LOL
Go to my team tab and it says rename team
Change your 3 letter team abbreviation so it’s not just the first 3 letters of your team name? I see a lot of people with different abbreviations but can’t figure out how to do it. I only see where to change my name?
