My guess if the upgrade is not an option you are using a program specific card (like Legends or MF as an example). These cards come "maxed" out, but only impact players from that program (Legend cards for example only benefit from the Legend strat cards).
I just added a strategy card with + 1 THP but it doesnt show up in my QB attributes.Is there something else i need to do?
