Do safeties count as DBs for strategy cards?
Yes, and they don't have to be in your lineup. I have Sean T at 94 speed with the +2 from In the Zones and I snuck him in as my backup punt returner since he can't be a sub LB.
You can have 95 speed on him using the UK strategy card too. We got a new 5th slot for promo startegy cards
DB's include both types of safeties and cornerbacks unless EA changed the definition of defensive back

Does in the zone which boosts DBs boost safeties or just corners. It should but you never know with madden
