Before I Submit a Ticket with EA…*Updated*
So, I hopped on today and finally received all of the rewards linked to completing solo objectives. I also received my Kam Chancellor collectible for star in solos…but that’s it. No compensation, reward or objective tracking for 8 days of Daily Objectives, Strategy Items, around 50 H2H/SB wins, thousands of passing yards, hundreds of passing TDs and hundreds (if not thousands) of points scored. Feels bad man. 🤮🤮 For anyone else who was experiencing theses problems, objectives should be tracking now and you should have received rewards liked to solo objectives.

Sorry to hear you’re going through the same issue, Ryanb. I’m glad my post could at least give others some insight as to what’s going on. We’re in this shit show together, bro.
I'm having the same problem. Never saw anyone else complain about it so I thought it was just me. Good to know their looking into it
PSA: I spoke with an EA representative and received the following response:
“I have fetched the details and would like to inform you that few of our players facing the same issue, the objectives are not tracking in Madden 22 but no need to worry, our team is looking into this issue and trying to fix the same so, I would request you to please wait. Once the issue resolved, players will get the update so, keep an eye on our social handles as well.”
So…there’s that. For anyone else who may be experiencing the same issue…hurry up and wait for a fix, I guess. It doesn’t sound like it’s a wide spread issue, so I don’t expect it to be resolved anytime soon.
I’ll try clearing my notifications and see if that resolves the issue, thanks for the heads up, OldButCanStillBall. I’ll let everyone know if it works.
So there was a thread last week about clearing out your notifications on the home screen before you enter MUT in order to get the weekly gridiron pack for weekly objectives. Try going through your notifications. Give it a try?

I just wanted to check with the community and see if what I’m currently experiencing is a known issue or not. There’s so many issues with the game currently…. it’s hard to keep track.
So basically, none of my objective are tracking. I can play the game, get EXP, level up, access the auction house, etc. But, nothing I do counts towards any objectives. It’s been this way since Sunday. I can’t complete daily objectives as the solos won’t count (Solos, SBs, H2H, Squads, DC…I’ve tried it all) and it won’t register pack purchases. On that note, nothing is tracking for Kam Chancellor objectives anymore and despite leveling up, I don’t receive the rewards tied to the objective associated with each level.
I’m also not receiving solo challenge rewards for completed objectives. The most recent examples being no PU Fantasy pack for completing the Flashback sequence and not a single player was received for completing the most recent set of superstar challenges.
I’m most frustrated about the loss of Kam Chancellor objective completion, but it’s w/e. I was hoping the issue would resolve on its own, but that doesn’t look to be the case. Before I even begin the process of troubleshooting the issue with EA (which I’m really, really not looking forward to) I just wanted to see if this was a known issue that others are experiencing and that EA has formally acknowledged.
Also, my account was not involved in the training glitch or any of the shenanigans which took place last week, and has not been banned or locked at any point.
