stuck on searching for opponent?

lol I just googled this problem and the first two things that pop up is the same issue from Madden 16 and now last years Madden. For anyone that doesn't have Madden 20 yet, you'll be happy to know the problem is is alive more than ever. Reloaded the game 4 times and still have the same issue.
