Sell any golds you pull; not need to put the gold into the exchange sets.
Exchange lower silvers for high silvers ( 2 low silvers = 1 high silver) and exchange high silvers for low gold (takes 3 high silver for 1 low gold). I pulled a lot of power-ups on this method.
