"you can’t go out route but throw far shoulder as opposed to near shoulder and lead the receiver more up field it just a lead pass straight out." You don't seem to understand precision passing then, because the thing you said you can't do, you fully can.
I know a lot of people hated it back then but I honestly loved it. It took some time to get used to but it did separate the average players to great players. I definitely wouldn’t mind seeing it back in Madden.
I initially hated but once you got used to it and could use it to place the ball excatly where you wanted it I fell in love with then I was gone the next year
brb get sacked every time in dime1-4-6. Everyone will probably use a pocket passer now since they had the biggest vision cone.
That was the thing tho the bigger the pass cone was the less you could actually lead your receiver you wanted the smaller one you could place 10 yards in front of a receiver and then user on to him and go get it.. the bigger the cone the more like today’s passing game it was
So I feel like the game doesn’t give you enough control over ball placement. They need to bring back the passing cone 1 for a skill gap but 2 back when it first came out you could lead a WR all over the field now your QB will only lead on the route, you can’t go out route but throw far shoulder as opposed to near shoulder and lead the receiver more up field it just a lead pass straight out.
