Unlinking from Twitch
I get that message too. Try to unlink through Madden 20 on their site. That worked for me, but when I try to link again, I get the "Something went wrong" message. I have never received those drops and EAHelp is of no use.

I contacted EA Help about this, and they sent me a link to follow the appropriate steps. That lead to me getting a message of "Someone call tech support! Oh, right. That's us! We'll get this fixed as soon as possible." They can't just do this for me? This is a pain in the ass.
Is there an easier way to do this that isn't currently broken?
