Prior experience with EA Customer Support Via Email

Hi All,

As of yesterday I have been banned from madden 21/auction house. Sent email yesterday, last night, explaining my case and fully believe that I should and will get it completely restored. Has anyone had any insight as to what to expect from EA and how long it may take? Once I submitted the email it said I can expect an EA advisor to reach out within 72 hrs. Anyone with prior experience want to provide some insight?
