Points purchasing error
I’m having the same problem and a friend of mine is too. I don’t think this is a Microsoft/EA issue
It's a sign from a larger power - don't buy the pack, don't buy the pack
I had something like that happen and I tried again same thing that just happened happened again. I said screw it ill try again later. A few minutes later I had 2X the points I wanted to buy. It charged me 2 times for each time I tried. I dont remember if it was the same message you have
Same happened to me earlier. I just bought the points in the Microsoft stor on my Xbox. Cheers
That’s weird. First check your credit card and make sure you are not charged
I don’t think my card has been charged. I don’t even make it to that screen where you choose the amount of points you want to buy. When I press X to purchase points, I get the message.
Just hit level 50. Thought I’d give the 2200 point level 50 pack a shot. When I go to purchase points, I get a “points purchasing error. No points offers were found.” Never seen this one before. I turned off my Xbox and turned it back on. Pulled out Ethernet cable. Still, nothing
Suggestions?? ( I know, I know, don’t buy the pack!!!). 😂
