Did they remove Power Up's from Exchange Sets?

I've opened over 100 and haven't gotten a single one. Has anyone pulled a Power Up from an exchange set yet?

When they sneakily removed power ups last year they didn’t tell anyone

I have not and I've done plenty...looks to me as if they're removed.

I've done probably 50 and also have not pulled any Power Ups. Have pulled a few in get a player packs though.
