It's in the way you have your specialists setup. Some nickel sets will put them in other spots. Example in 3-3-5 your rush ends are on the line, but in 2-4-6 they are upright. If you can't sub Mack in at end anytime... he must be somewhere else already. He should always be able to come in at either end.

This is how i have my team (besides having mack instead of young) and mack doesnt play LE in a 2-4-5
Its weird because i run the ravens playbook and my LE would always appear as part of the 2-4-5. Now since mack suppose to be the new LE he doesnt even appear in the sub players at LE only as a sub for the OLB and my DT replaces as a LE in general and either way i put it he still appears
Check specialist tab in lineup.

I did but if i put Mack as RLE 1 whos suppose to be my LE then in a nickel Von whos LOLB doesnt play
OLBs play the rush end on specialist tab. So Von will RLE1 and Mack plays RDT1
On the RDT1 Mack doesnt pop up there only actually d ends or d tackles
I run a 3-4 defense and all of a sudden i want to move mack to LE and now he is unable to play LE and when i even try to sub him as LE hes only available as LOLB and my DT takes over as a LE not even the backup LE starts
