Attacking 4-3 defense

3-4 is the meta this year..I tried out the Vikings D for a couple weeks early in the year. You typically dont blitz out of 4-3 as there should be enough pass rush on the line. I believe they have wide 9 (very effective). try the cover 2 out of it, base align, pinch D-line, spread LBs..its very glitchy and you get blitz pressure without sending extra guys.

Currently  running the vikings defense but having troubles . How Would you play this defense ? Would you blitz or play coverage ? Any tips Would help. Thanks
