Yeah i like that multiple also. I usually swap between that or the pats pb. Forgot to mention that one, my bad.

Yeah just keep this mind, I'd still try the ravens book out but we all kind of have a nemesis built into the game just because of how we scheme our team. I like physical db's and big boy lineman which helps against most teams but if somebody is good at throwing the ball its my weak point, I've built that weakpoint into my scheme. Just know that some schemes are your kryptonite, dont blow up the team completely trying to stop one scheme if yours is working against everybody else.

Ya my tampa 2 with a deep blue was not working. He kept spamming the run so i started pressing and showing blitz to bring my backs up on the line. I was still getting burnt.
I Know the ravens book pretty well. Im going to check it out. whatever book has a 3-4 odd and a 4-3 ill use. I really think 4-3 would have stoped that guy. Ill have to beef my trash line up to. Thanks for the advice.
The hybrid playbooks are pats/ravens/raiders. Pats has the dollar and one of the others has bear and the other has predator i think. Anybody who likes those run d formations but likes their 3-4 too loves these books. Id look into them. I run a lot of roster depth so its easier for me to take advantage of the multiple formations to counter what im weak on defensively.

I tried shifting the line and crashing them in all directions and had no luck
Yeah try shifting personnel then. Your lbs just arent really built to defend this. Maybe grab a hybrid book too, i prefer them just so i can go 4-3 if i want a heavier personnel without going Goalline. I wouldnt go out and change your team for one opponent but i do find having a big boy dt to sub in helps a bunch. Find one with nothing but blockshed and strength and just toss him in.

SC is a spam fest.... with that being said, to stop an inside zone run, I would use a 3-4 and shift the line to the side you anticipate it being run on. Also, if you're positive its a run, use a man coverage. IMO, players react quicker to the run in a man than if they were in a zone.

I also keep what i refer to as my “immovable object” as my dt#2 but ill sub him in to the 1 spot if im struggling with inside runs. Currently my immovable object is oop larry allen. If you need a cheap option that harvest williams is perfect for this.
I run a 3-4 spread and played #10 in sc. He spamed this inside zone play and I could not stop it. I tried everything and switched to nickle wide cover 4 which usually eats up the run. His inside zone was a unique play ive never really seen. His line opened holes like none other. How do I stop this? i have telvin smith, hicks and paul p as my backers. My line is trash I only have blitz fowler who i user sometimes.
