MUT REWARDS PROGRAM
MUT rewards have been quite stale this year. EA need to consider a rewards program in earning rewards purchasing packs with coins/points.
When are we supposed to get nut rewards each month. I seem to get them round the 8th-11th almost every month, but haven’t received them for the past 2 months now

I'm a little late to the discussion, but I'm only 29 packs away from Legendary at this. Which I plan to rectify later tonight or in the morning. I actually quit playing MUT for a few months at the end of last year. Got engrossed in a couple of other games. But, I digress. When Position Heroes dropped, I got no rewards for the Offense. When the Defense dropped I received extra packs for Madden Rewards. It's been like this for me since the beginning. I've been a Rewards member since the game came out. Sometimes I get rewards, other times I don't get anything. Then there have been times that I've gotten random packs, usually gold ones, that popped up when I logged into the game. Wish I hadn't taken that time off. Lombardi packs would have been nice.

I have received the rewards each month also, but that doesn't mean some aren't receiving them.

I got two SB packs and i've been at legendary for a while. It's the only reward i've received...
Amazing a 3rd level rep would be that misinformed. That's just sad.
Of course they can't fix my issue if they refuse to acknowledge it but they tossed me 200,000 coins and 3 elite packs for my trouble. Net value about 200,000 coins and a bag of chips.

Haven't been getting mine like I used to. I'll get one randomly every other month or every 2 months, its never the same schedule for some reason.
I've also received mine each month. No idea what went wrong on your account.
Not surprised i think it is madden rewards now which i always forget . We still get packs. I get them on both accounts

MUT Rewards members no longer get monthly or periodic pack drops. That went away this season, which is why you've not received any packs or rewards for potentially the entire season.
As for the special challenges within the game for MUT Rewards members, those may still be periodic. I haven't opened enough packs to know what it should look like for you. But you won't necessarily get a notification, so unless we knew where to look and when, it's possible this could be easily missed."
