How to stop Inside Zone?

This guy keeps running it and I can’t stop it. He also snaps it very quick so I don’t have time to make adjustments. How can I stop it?

shift d line to strong side and spread backers... if that doesnt work fill the gap thats open with a manual blitz

Make sure to not base align.  Base aligning against inside zone (esp out of trips sets) causes your defense to lose outside contain because all your defenders are inside the tackles.  Also shift your line to the side they are running towards.

This is applicable to any formation, but my favorite run defense is 3-4 c4.  If you bring your safeties down a little bit, they will shoot down and blow up the run because they are in run fits.
