Dont allow any points from 20 yards out guantlet.
These last few defensive solos are driving me crazy.They already start off in FG position.What are u guys doing to beat these.I run 43 btw,Thx in advance.
When you block the FG.
Do you angle straight at the holder?
or
Do you go down then over in a L-shaped move?
If its anything like Madden 18 in these types of solos the best thing to do is to rush the passer and rush him hard. Sacks, fumbles and interceptions are your friend when you can't even give up a field goal.
You must go with a 0 blitz, and contain. User the player on the RB and if RB stays in, send him too. Force them back or get a couple turnovers. And as others have mentioned, last resort is the FG block.
Blocking FG's are super easy this year. I'm prob blocking the CPU at a 50/50 clip. Always get the turbo animation around the end, but sometimes the diving guy just whiffs on the ball.

sam blitz a few pics but mosty blocked a few Fgs.

Every single one I forced them to kick the field goal & got the block animation every single time, just gotta time that jump
Did these last night, pushed them back to 27 and they missed the field goal! The following ones I got interceptions with something like cover 4 or cover 6.
I just did these last night, I got interceptions on the last two and blocked field goal on the last one. I did have to restart them a few times each. Before you pick your play go down to coaching adjustments and change everything to aggressive. Use some of the cheese blitz plays like mid blitz or Sam blitz. I even used some field goal block formations to get quick sacks.
Theyre a little frustrating but you’ll get it just keep trying.
Try to get some big sacks or a turnover, but if you can’t just block the FG.
