Fixing infinite loading screen for solos (Xbox)

So I’ve had an issue where I got an infinite loading screen trying to get into a certain solo and tonight I finally managed to fix it, but I thought I’d share the three possible solutions I found online; including the one that worked for me:

1.  Hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until it turns off- as most of you know, this is called a hard restart. Unplug your Xbox power chord from the outlet or power strip for 10 seconds; plug it back in and then power your console back on. (This method has worked for some users on here, but not for myself and some others)  
2. Another possible solution that didn’t work for me, but I found online that could potentionally fix some problems is to clear your persistent storage- go to settings > Disc & Blue-Ray > Blue-Ray > Persistent storage > Clear. Then proceed to hard restart your Xbox like mentioned above.  
3. Lastly, the solution that fixed the infinite loading screen for me, was to clear your “Alternate MAC Address” ; go to settings >

I’ve had the issue once but it seemed to be the ea servers at the time, as many others experienced it right then. Haven’t had any troubles since
