Extra trial not working?
so I’ve been trying to get my extra 10 hour trial on a second account. I finished the 10 hours on my main and after I bought ea access I still couldn’t get on the trial on my farm. I couldn’t even play the trial much the less switching back to my main. I contacted xbox support and they said it was cuz madden 19 servers are down rn or something and that once the servers go back up I’d be able to play the trial. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
