Mut rewards code not working
Anyone got an e-mail adress or something else to contact?

I finally got help!!!!!!
After 2 weeks, e-mails and calls to playstation, 6 chats with different Ea reps that didn't know what they was talking about and finally 2 posts in the EA Madden forum I got a new code that works (in europe).
When the 6th EA rep told me to post in the EA Madden forum i felt i was told to go backwards (the chat should be the right place!), but i tried to put up a long summary of my case and communication with EA here: https://forums.ea.com/en/madden-nfl/discussion/comment/1976536# The result was that the thread was just closed because "The forums also aren't the channel to try and resolve this issue, so I'm not sure what to tell ya. Sorry about that. I am going to close this thread now and would suggest trying to contact support again if you still need help."
I refused to go back to the chat again and start all over again, so I started a new forum thread asking for a e-mail address to someone knowing about the program and the opportunity to help with codes: https://forums.ea.com/en/madden-nfl/discussion/225680/who-should-i-contact#
Depends on the code... was the code a MUT Rewards code or a code for Madden 19... if its a MUT Rewards code you have to redeem it on the MUT Rewards site... I want to say they call it Madden Rewards now also.

Try entering the code in the Madden 18 game under> customize> extras> redeem code I tried the PS store redeem codes and it didn't work but in the Madden 18 game redeem code worked
Well guys. Sad to say but it looks like they're not gonna fix the codes. My theory is they gave them away to friends before sending them to us. I feel especially bad for those of you who cancelled your preorder. Anyway. EA. Dont screw your customers.

Another morning. Code still not working. EA not helpful. They are working on a goodwill for players with the problem. But I dont care about goodwill when I can't play the game!

If it was something I paid for then i would. But it is just a free early access. I'm too modest to ask for that over this
They should give you a customer grant of some players or coins to make up for the loss they have awarded large customer grants to others in the past even when it was the customers fault, ( one person got scammed another lost his whole team giving out his log in info ) yet here it is their fault it seems so they should definitely hook you up big time
Here is hoping they do right by you and the others a couple high elite nat cards would be nice if possibile

Well. It's free but I'm still mad because it's a tease and now they wont give me or anyone else an answer to why it happened or even a time estimate. It's working for a couple of other people. Just dont understand it. Apparantly it happened last year as well. I guess they just dont care.
