How do I get my overall rating to a 99?

It's exceedingly harder to hit 99ovr this year than in years past (and as other said, currently not even possible). No idea why they made it this way this year.

Not possible yet. Every player on ur team has to be a 99 for your team to be a 99 ovr.
Impossible, seen on twitter guy posted his offense and defense with everybody 99 still was 98. (including coach upgrades and all)
I heard that every player needs to be a 99 to reach 99. And right now, the one position that is preventing that is a punter (which the highest is 98).
Everyone on my team is a 99 except my kicker and punter which are 98s. My offense and defense are rated overall 99 but my team overall is a 98. Is there a way to do this and is there a promo coming for it?
