 If you were to upgrade Mahomes (or whoever in the future) all you need is the PU Pass (if you don't have that specific upgraded rising star). Best power up pass use so far in the game besides possibly the level 60 pass you get on a team diamond player...

The powerup upgrade requires either the fully upgraded RS, or the powerup pass.

so wait, take a person that has both at PU and a RS and just use a power up pass and you get the chems without buying a bunch of their levels?

Yeah this became the move when they first powered up Mahomes.
