Madden 20 Offline Franchise - Can’t trade players for picks when over the cap?
Hey y’all, so in my Madden 20 offline franchise I ended up having to tag my QB after he declined my contract offers. This put me over the cap for my current year. He’s extended and happy now, but because I tagged him in the off-season my current year’s salaries are way over the cap. I’m now re-signing players for next year, but have way too many expiring contracts on high OVR players to afford them all https://100001.onl/. I want to trade some of the players on expiring contracts for picks, but when I submit the trade a message pops up that the trade will put me over the cap. Am I just going to have to let some of them walk? I’d rather not have to “cheat” and mess with existing contracts if I don’t have to.
